Preparation Instructions
"Preheat a lightly oiled pan/BBQ to medium heat. Place chicken steaks in the pan/BBQ and cook for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally to allow even cooking. Preheat oven to 200°C fan forced. Place chicken on a baking tray and roast for 8-10 minutes turning once during cooking. Lightly brush with oil first for best results."
